Personal data policy at Checkpoint

An appointment at Checkpoint is booked through our medical system. Currently that requires recording your personal information, which includes your name, social security number, address and your email address.

That way we are able to send you an email with confirmation of your appointment as well as a reminder. Our medical system is a closed system and we don’t share your information with anybody.

We are working on a solution, where booking doesn’t require disclosing your personal information. If you prefer not to state your CPR-number, you can book a time via phone 33 91 11 19.
